2022: The Neon Year

This year I became more confident in my designs and my competency as a designer. I again featured 7 looks this year and I was influenced heavily by neon colors and our Cherokee basketweavings. I have found a love for the creativity and delicate but strong structures of baskets and how the weavers bring them alive with colors found in nature. The hair was simple, yet not. I added neon and glow in the dark braiding hair to each braid and the hair was used as an accessory itself. You will also notice that I used almost the exact same models this year. They did such an awesome job bringing the collection to life.
